It was found by the Commission of Enquiry that the actions of John Rollason, an independant trustee, was reprehensible and that there was clear action on his part to cover the tracks of Gail le Grellier and ensure that Gail le Grellier and others were able to exit without a shred of accountability for their gross negligent use of Member funds. The long-standing relationship between Gail le Grellier and John Rollason probably contributed to a conflict between John Rollason's personal interests and his fiduciary duties to the Members.
